I. THE COASTAL PLAIN consists of The Plain of Asher, The Plain of Sharon, and The Philistine Plain.

II. THE SHEPHELAH contains five valleys including The Valley of Ayalon, The Valley of Sorek, The Valley of Elah, The Valley of Zephathah, and The Valley of Lachish.

III. THE HILL COUNTRY includes The Upper Galilee, The Lower Galilee, The Hill Country of Ephraim (New Testament Samaria), The Hill Country of Judah (New Testament Judaea), The Wilderness of Judah, and The Negev.

IV. THE ARABAH consists of The Iyon Valley (inside present day Lebanon), The Hulah Valley, The Sea of Galilee, The Jordan Valley, The Dead Sea, The Arabah Proper, and The Red Sea.

V. THE HILL COUNTRY of the AMORITES includes the lands of Bashan, Gilead, Ammon, Moab, and Edom.

VI. THE SINAI is divided into The Northern Plain, The Central Highlands, and The Southern Mountains.
