Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for purchasing resources from Ariel Ministries. Every purchase you make helps the ministry fulfill its purpose of sharing the Gospel with Jewish people and discipling believers through intensive Bible teaching from a Messianic Jewish perspective.


When you purchase a physical resource (book, other printed item, CD or DVD), your order will normally ship out from our warehouse within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order, unless we are out of stock of the item. When you order, you have the opportunity to choose delivery either by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), our two main carriers. The expected delivery time is listed when you select your delivery option. Orders outside of the US are sent via USPS. If you need a different carrier, you may contact the Home Office by calling 1-210-344-7707 during business hours or emailing homeoffice@ariel.org. We will then attempt to arrange a carrier suitable to your area, if possible.

If you supply an email address when you order, you will receive an order confirmation and a separate email with tracking information for your package.


If you did not receive the package you ordered, please contact the Home Office and we will work with you to try to locate the package through the carrier. That failing, we will either refund your purchase or replace it. We will not be able to refund you if your parcel arrives beyond the projected delivery time.

If we supplied the incorrect product, please contact the Home Office and we will either refund you or supply you with the correct item.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of disagreement with the content of the resources or if after reading you decide you did not like the resource.


If your product was significantly damaged in shipping such that it is not usable or presentable, we will replace the item. If CD or DVD products that you ordered are defective or not working properly on your equipment, please contact the Home Office and we will either refund your purchase or replace it.

You will not be required to return the damaged or defective items.

However, if you find you ordered the wrong item, we would ask you return the item so that we can adjust the price if needed and replace it with the item you intended to order.

Shipping outside of U.S.

We affix appropriate customs labels to packages shipped outside of the United States in keeping with Customs and Excise regulations. You may be required to pay customs duties when your order arrives. Unfortunately, Ariel Ministries cannot predict what those customs charges will be, nor can we be responsible for those charges. If you are concerned about customs charges, please contact Ariel Ministries and we may be able to arrange discounted prices that may help offset the customs charges.

All of our overseas shipments originate from USPS. We have been informed by the USPS that once the parcel has been handed over to the Postal Service of the destination country, the USPS ceases to have any responsibility or liability for the package. If tracking information indicates that the package was handed over to a national Postal Service, you as a customer would need to work with your Postal Service to locate the package.

Electronic Media

When you purchase electronic media (audio recordings, ebooks, downloadable pdf files), you will receive an email with a link from which you may download the media to your device. If you have trouble opening, playing or viewing the media on your device, please refer to our digital download instructions page for more information. If you still cannot resolve the issue, contact support@ariel.org for assistance. We will try to assist you with the technical issues and if you ultimately are unable to play or view the media, we will refund your purchase.
